RETURN OF THE ROBIN ADULT ICE HOCKEY TOURNAMENT
- Rochester, MN
Return of the ROBIN is the annual adult ice hockey
tournament held in Rochester, MN. The tournament has grown from a couple of "old
timers" banging the puck around the rink to a nine division, forty-eight team
tournament that draws players from all around the country and further. The
tournament contains divisions with ex-pros to novice levels and is no-check
no-slap shop fun filled weekend

ROTR Old-Timers Hockey
This summer the RETURN OF THE ROBIN is starting a new hockey league.
This new skate will be on Sunday nights. The
majority of the group consists of players being of average skill level
to a handful of very skilled skaters and a handful of novice players
(all skill levels are represented). There are skaters in their 20’s to
skaters in their 50’s and even older. This is not a "balls to the wall"
group… you will not find cheap players, loud mouths, aggressive players
and especially those still skating for their glory days… this skate is
reserved for those looking for a fun, clean, laid back but at the same
time hard skate with a crew of hockey nuts that enjoy the game and
hanging out for beers and brats following. If you do not like novice or
less skilled players on your line, helping your team mates learn do not
read any further, this is not for you. This skate is geared after
exactly for what old timers hockey represents…
"its all about the late night hockey games, the
fellas, the dressing room stories and the beer".... don't forget the
brats.

tournament. We intended to have the same vendor back from last year. In
the last week he had to bail, but was fortunate to locate the two
photographers we had on short notice. The pictures they took were
excellent. We encourage you to help support their efforts by purchasing

Game Scores
Access to game scores is now available through a previous function
called "Live From The Rink". We did not activated this feature for 2010
thinking that no one used it. But feedback this year indicated
otherwise. So this will become a regular part of the Robin
